Sutton Hill Farm Country Auctions have decided to re-open and have shared its thoughts on what customers can expect from their Auctions and visits to the Auction House.

Although the easing of restrictions is a welcome announcement for our industry, it comes with great responsibility. Because of this, we are putting in place new safety measures to help stop the spread of Coronavirus.

The auction experience will be different, with socially distancing/ safety measures, but we will still deliver the high-quality service that our customers expect.

  • All auctions are run online as well as we can accept bids in the room
  • Our valuation service is run by appointment only, please email or call to arrange a time, walk-ins are not available at this time
  • Open to the public on auction Saturdays, to view our latest Auction Calendar please click here.
  • Viewings and entrance to the Auction House on non auction days are strictly by appointment only. Please call or email the team who can arrange this for you.
  • Customers will be asked to use hand sanitiser gel provided
  • A one-way system has been put in place to help maintain social distancing and ensure touch points are safe and clean
  • Credit and cash payments will be accepted
  • Transport is available
